We are a one woman show here in the email answering department, so please be patient. Your email will be read by a real person who cares about your experience and will be answered as quickly as possible, typically within 1 -2 business days. Emails regarding order changes or address changes will be read each morning before shipping goes out.

A note about phone calls:
Due to the large number of spam calls and our limited capabilities we do not have a physical phone in the office. Emails are checked hourly and phone messages are checked weekly. If you have an urgent message, please email.
