Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times & Costs
Delivery estimates and shipping costs for your order will be displayed before you complete checkout, so you always know what to expect before you buy. Costs are calculated based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS and UPS. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $200.
International Shipping We ship worldwide via DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, and UPS. Estimated delivery times:
- Canada & Mexico: 5–10 business days
- European Union: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Duties & Taxes For international orders, applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
EU Customers Orders to EU countries comply with EU consumer protection regulations. You have the right to receive your order within the timeframe stated at checkout. If your order is delayed beyond 30 days, you may cancel for a full refund under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Track your shipment via the carrier's website or contact us at support@stellarflutes.com.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
