We understand it's hard to buy a flute without getting to test it in person. We want to take the stress out of your online flute order by offering easy returns and exchanges.
If you are struggling to play your new flute or are unhappy with it for any reason we will help find a resolution that works for you.
-$10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (fee waived for kind customers).
-Flute must be in original condition for a full refund*
-Initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your flute.

How To Return: Use the contact from below and select " Return For A Refund". We will provide you with a return label. Package your flute carefully in a box with padding to ensure it is received in good condition. Once your return is received we will process your refund quickly and funds will be refunded to the original payment method.
*If your flute has visible dents, scratches, or wear, it may still be eligible for a partial refund. Please make sure to discuss the condition of your flute with us honestly and we will estimate your refund.

We will issue store credit in the form of a gift card that never expires. Choose to shop now or later with your gift card, or give it as a gift to a loved one! We cover the cost of your return flute and you will be emailed a digital gift card.

To initiate an exchange, use the contact form below. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. To exchange an order, you must mark the return package clearly as "Returned Goods - No Commercial Value" on the customs declaration.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Do not discard the damaged item or packaging until you have confirmation from us.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will contact you and refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you are kind, respectful, and honest, we will waive the return shipping fee. We understand that sometimes returns can feel frustrating and inconvenient. We ask that you proceed with respect and kindness, knowing that we are a small family owned and run business with real people who care about your experience and care about the products we make. We want to give back to the customers who treat us in a respectful way by waiving the return shipping fee.
It should go without saying, but please don't be like this guy. We will deduct a restocking fee and shipping fee from your refund.
