Stellar Flutes International and Domestic Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated arrival times will be calculated at checkout, you will see a list of available services to your area. You will receive a shipping confirmation with detailed tracking when your order has shipped.

We try our best to ship every day accept Sunday, we ship most orders the same day they are ordered if the mail hasn't been picked up. 

-International shipping

We ship to every location! Just like our domestic shipping, you will get an email with detailed tracking updates when your order ships. Please be aware that import tax isn't included in the price of your order and will be due when you receive your flute. When your order arrives in your country's please keep a close eye on the tracking updates as orders will be held in customs awaiting payment.

-My flute arrived broken

All orders are insured so please contact us right away if you receive a damaged flute. We will replace it or refund your order. 

-My flute never arrived

If your flute never arrives, or if you believe it is taking too long, please contact us using the contact form below and we will find your flute, replace your flute or refund your order.
