The flute is such a great wood craft, the way the mouth is tapered is what draws my interest the most. It’s very unique compared to other flutes in the way stellar flute mouthpieces are made, they really don’t ever seem to wet out which is why I love them for that. As well as the simple look they carry is something I like too. The tone is amazing.

This is my second Stellar flute and I couldn't be happier. Not only is this flute beautifully well-made and easy to play, it also sounds amazing. And like my other Stellar, it's very hard to wet-out. I played it yesterday for almost an hour and there was no loss of tone. Very happy with my purchase. I'll be buying a third Stellar soon!

I am definitely not a DIY project sort of guy. Sure, I can change washers in a leaky faucet, but not much more than that. The last time I did a wood-related project was 58 years ago in junior high wood shop - and that was a disaster. Luckily for me, the Stellar flute kit (Key of G) yielded far better results. I just followed along with the online videos, which were great, and in the end I had a flute that looked and sounded great. I actually found the whole process very relaxing. . .almost therapeutic! And, best of all, I am happily playing the flute all the time!

great gift for anyone as a birthday gift, to learn this instrument. Very easy to play and learn, sounds amazing, good quality. Also good to take it for your hiking adventure, and play it outside.
