Exchanges made easy: We provide prepaid return labels for flute exchanges on all domestic orders.
Returns: We are sad your flute didn't work out for you. Contact us with a few details about why you need to return your flute and we will assist you.
Flutes must be in original condition for all returns or exchanges. Please package your flute carefully for it's return trip to make sure it arrives in good condition.
