Exchange and Return Policy
We understand it's hard to buy a flute without getting to test it in person. We want to take the stress out of your online flute order by offering easy returns and exchanges.
If you are struggling to play your new flute or are unhappy with it for any reason, contact us and we will help you find a solution.
Flutes must be in original condition for all returns or exchanges. Please package your flute carefully for it's return trip to make sure it arrives in good condition.
Exchanges made easy: We provide free prepaid return labels for flute exchanges on all orders. To begin an exchange, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you would like to exchange for. If you need help choosing a flute that fits your hands better, feel free to ask! We are confident we can find you a flute that you love.
Returns: We are sad your flute didn't work out for you. Contact us with a few details about why you need to return your flute and we will assist you. We charge a flat rate $5 fee for returns.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or missing any parts, or if you receive the wrong item. We will get you a replacement quickly and at no cost to you. Email us right away at : email@example.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received, we will contact you and refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
