This flute is made from a piece of western red cedar that has had a home made natural stain applied to darken the wood. You can still see the bold wavy grain through the stain. The wood is soft and light in weight which gives the flute a resonant quality to the voice. It will dent easily though, so consider buying or making a bag to protect it.

Our We offer our flute bags in three different sizes, small, medium, and large.  Our small bags are ideal for key of A flutes. Our medium bags are ideal for flutes in the key of G, F#, F, and E.  Our large bags fit our D, Bass C and Bass B flutes.
