This flute is made from a beautifully figured piece of Port Orford cedar. It has waves in the grain that shimmer and move in the light. This wood has a lovely lemony cedar smell that comes through the varnish. If you are sensitive to smells you might not like this flute. Personally, I love it. Its voice is smooth and soothing. This is medium weight softwood with a smooth feeling finish.

This flute is made from FSC certified wood.  FSC certification ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.
