This would has the most wonderful smell! It's a mix of cedar and lemon smell which is way too intense when the wood is raw but comes through nicely after the flute is varnished. If you're sensitive to smell this might not be a good flute for you. The wood has a stunning wavy shimmer to it that moves and changes in the light.
