Basic Flutes

Stellar BASIC Flutes provide the high quality, dependable sound of the Stellar standards, and are an affordable way to start your flute playing career. They come in five keys: High C, Mid A, Mid G, Mid F#, and Mid F. Stellar BASICS are made of Western Red Cedar.  They feature a low profile block. Included is the instructional DVD, "Getting Started." Written instructions and fingering chart always included.

 

The Key of C

The Basic C is a very small flute, only 19” long with a ¾” bore.  The fingering holes are (from center to center) approximately  7/8” apart.  The distance from the mouth end of the flute to the first finger hole is approximately  8-1/2”.  Price $85.00.

 

The Key Of A
 The Basic A is a small flute,  21 1/2"  long with a 7/8 " bore. The fingering holes are (from center to center) approximately 1" apart. The distance from the mouth end of the flute to the first finger hole is approximately  9 3/4".

The Basic G is a medium flute. 23 1/2"  long with a 7/8" bore. The fingering holes are (from center to center) approximately 1 1/8" apart. The distance from the mouth end of the flute to the first finger hole is approximately  10 1/8".

 The Basic F# is a medium flute. 24"  long with a 7/8" bore. The fingering holes are (from center to center) approximately 1 1/8" apart. The distance from the mouth end of the flute to the first finger hole is approximately  10 3/4".
